Hi There!
My journey with yoga began 6 years ago when I discovered how it could transform not only my body but my entire outlook on life. Yoga quickly became the place where I found peace and balance that extended beyond the mat. This sense of grounding inspired me to explore yoga’s philosophy, leading me to become a teacher so I could share that same transformative experience with others.
Today, I specialize in gentle flow vinyasa, incorporating modifications that make each pose accessible, regardless of experience. I am a certified Breath and Stretch Coach. As well as, certificates in chair yoga and restorative yoga. My classes combine soft music with a focus on alignment to create a calm, welcoming space for anyone ready to join.
Some of my most fulfilling moments as a teacher are hearing from students who, often new to yoga, feel more relaxed and centered after just one class. These stories fuel my passion and remind me why I love sharing the benefits of yoga and holistic living with others. With a warm and grounded approach, I strive to inspire others through practices that nourish both the mind and body. My love for health and balance extends into every part of her life—from my interest in nutrition to my joy in building supportive, meaningful connections. Whether I am leading a class, sharing wellness tips, or exploring new ways to promote balance, I am committed to living and sharing a lifestyle rooted in peace, well-being, and authenticity.
When I'm not on the mat, you'll find me homeschooling my kids, exploring the outdoors, cooking, reading, or discovering new ways to incorporate wellness into everyday life.
